Return + Exchange Information

Thank you so much for ordering with us, your support means the world. It is our intention for anything and everything you find here to be exactly what you were looking for. However, should you run into a problem with your order please do reach out to us.

In-Store Customers

For our in-store customers a refund can be processed within 15 days of the original purchase date and an exchange or gift card can be processed within 30 days. All items must be returned in new and unused condition with tags still attached. You must have your original receipt and method of payment. For gift items an exchange or a gift card will be issued. 

Online Customers

For our online customers a refund can be processed within 15 days of receiving your item(s) or within 30 days for an exchange or gift card. Please note, however, returned Items will incur a restocking fee of 15% before refund is made and the original shipping cannot be refunded. Any shipping costs required to send items back to us will not be covered or refunded.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged as they are intended to be sold just once, either for energetic or sanitary reasons:

· Tarot + Oracle Decks

· Candles

· Incense

· Herbs, Roots, Salts + Powders

· Pendulums

· Oils

· Skin Care

· Sale Items
