Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Offer:

• We offer Free Shipping on Product Purchases over $75 for customers in the United States.
• All orders placed will be shipped out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified as a backordered item.
• The Method of Free Shipping (UPS or USPS) will be based upon weight and zone at time of shipping. 
• The Apotheca reserves the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on any shipment.
• UPS and USPS reserve the right to request a signature on any package depending on value of items, insured items and drop off destination.

** Please Note: You must provide us with a street address for the Free Shipping option. **

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.

If your delivery address is known to be not safe and you are shipping with USPS, please purchase the Signed Confirmation or change to UPS for your delivery choice.

International Orders:

We ship international orders by the U.S. Postal Service.

International shipments may be subject to customs, duties and taxes which are your responsibility. Each country varies in custom charges and/or taxes applied from individual items to the subtotal of the order. You are responsible for knowing your country's taxes, limits and items not allowed in. You release us of responsibility for items removed at customs.

Undeliverable, Unclaimed, Refused And Lost Packages

If your order is returned to us because UPS or USPS is unable to deliver the package due to:

 * Incorrect address

 * You are not available for delivery

 * Delivery is refused

 * Delivery is unclaimed

You may have the package reshipped. You will need to pay reshipping charges plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.

You may cancel the order for a refund of items minus shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us will be applied.

For International Orders Returned/Refused: There is no refund, as we are unable to obtain them.
